Job Context:
- Name of Project: Prioritized HIV Prevention Services for key population in Bangladesh" Package: HIV Prevention program for Female Sex Workers (FSW) and their Clients
- Sylhet Jubo Academy (SJA) is looking dynamic professionals for the position of Program Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (PM&EO) for SJA Project Office based in Cox`s bazar. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with a complete CV along with a cover letter, mentioning two references, one recent passport size photograph and photocopy of National ID card, copies of all academic and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- S/he will be responsible to assist Program Coordinator (PC) for overall monitoring of DIC and Sub-DIC activities to ensure high quality service delivery.
- S/he will guide the DIC and Sub-DIC Coordinators for quality monitoring of field activities as well as service delivery
- S/he will responsible to conduct monitoring visit at DIC level and provide support to DIC and Sub-DIC Coordinators ensuring programmatic compliance and quality service delivery
- S/he will responsible for online MIS system
- S/he will help in developing monthly/quarterly/annual reports and ensure submission
- S/he will help in organizing and facilitating capacity building events for the project team members as required.

Educational Requirements:
Masters in any discipline. Educational qualification may be relaxed highly experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 45 years
- Total 5 years of professional experience in the arena of Health/HIV/SRH, female sex workers intervention of which, 3 years must be in same position in a project with similar magnitude and complexity
- Excellent proven leadership capacity
- Report writing skills
- M&E expertise
- Capacity building skills.
- Have ability to work under pressure with frequently field visit (Sylhet, Chittagong, Cox's Bazar)
